JOINT CONNECTING COLUMN AND FLOOR PLATE Russian patent published in 2003 - IPC

FIELD: construction industry, erection of prefabricated crossbar-free, capital-free frame of building and structure. SUBSTANCE: joint connecting column and floor plate of crossbar-free, capital-free frame of building includes prefabricated floor plate with rectangular hole in which steel shell produced in the form of two truncated pyramids intermatched with their small bases is installed. Column with power fittings naked in zone of shell is passed through shell and is welded to shell by means of steel trapezoidal connecting members. Connecting member comes in the form of rectangular trapezium, single or paired, matched at right angle, normally mounted to longitudinal axis of column. Straight side rib of trapezium borders on power fittings of column, inclined side rib of it adjoins on upper part of steel shell. Paired rectangular trapezium can be made of flat plates welded one with another along vertical side ribs or of equal rolled or bent angle piece. Column passed through steel shell can be sectional along its height with connection of its parts at level of floor. Power fittings of upper part of column have form of bars forming closed loop of rectangular shape. Power fittings of lower part of column come in the form of bar extensions of fittings embracing corresponding bars of upper part of column on their vertical sections and are welded to these vertical sections..
