FIELD: construction engineering. SUBSTANCE: garage building relates to prefabricated or combination prefabricated-monolithic types of garage or parking buildings. Multistory garage building has framework, flooring between stories, lowering ramp and lifting ramp mounted one above other along front sides of building. Located at each story are approach and departure platforms. Framework of building has external and row-arranged columns which support flat flooring having no span-pieces. Flooring is made in the form of modular slabs which are installed above columns, between columns, and in center. Joints between these slabs, and between slabs located above columns and columns themselves are concreted. Ramps which adjoin flooring slabs are also made up of modular slabs which are similar to flooring slabs, and they rest on lateral girders which are additionally installed between external and adjacent rows of columns. Distance between adjacent row-arranged columns in zone of passages located on stories inside building and in parallel to ramps can be equal to two modules or larger than two modules by 1-15%. Distance between external columns and adjacent rows of columns in zone of location of ramps is equal to module or exceeds module by 1-15%. Between adjacent external and row-arranged columns along face side of building, bridge-boards can be additionally installed. Secured on bridge-boards flush with their upper surface are lateral girders with slabs of ramps. Along row-arranged columns which separate ramps and approach and departure platforms from premises intended for storing motor cars it is possible to install heat-insulating external walling. Approach and departure platforms on stories can be provided with gates which are displaced by one pitch of columns relative to ramp inside building. Application of aforesaid embodiment of building allows for improving fire-safety of garage. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 9 cl, 8 dwg
