PLOUGH CARRIAGE OF FRONTAL SET Russian patent published in 2003 - IPC

FIELD: mining industry. SUBSTANCE: plough carriage of frontal set is intended for excavation of mineral resources. Task of given invention consist in reduction of resistance to movement of plough carriages while guide of frontal set is directed along hypsometry of coal stratum with simultaneous increase of operational reliability of plough carriages and guide. Plough carriage of frontal set includes body with plough head, profiled rollers with suspensions placed in pairs on side of face and rock burst for travel along guide, springy members. First half of body with plough head and two rollers is equipped with central axle parallel to guide with which bushing of second half of body is coupled for turn with reference to central axle. Springy member in first half of body is positioned between side wall of first half of body and roller suspension on side of face. EFFECT: increased operational reliability of plough carriages and guide. 3 dwg
