FIELD: mining industry; applicable in stoping of bedded coal and ore deposits. SUBSTANCE: delivering plow unit includes hydraulically operated support, control means and actuating member containing leaf chain closed in vertical plane and provided with flights and cutter carriages, unit assembly with guides and transportation trough and end drives. Both guides of lower branch of actuating member are cylindrical and located on both sides of chain in plan. Face guide is secured rigidly to unit assembly over entire length and caving guides is hinged. Chain in zone of cutting is provided from face side with round grip of cylindrical guide with welded tool holder, and from caving side, with shank with C-shaped grip of rear guide. In zone of loading, chain is provided with round grip with loading plow from face side, and in zone of delivery, over entire length of chain, it is provided with flights rocking in vertical plane from caving side. Joint of chain links is limitedly flexible in vertical plane within radius of driving sprockets in one direction and radius of rated bed hypsometry, in other direction. Limited flexibility of unit assembly is ensured by telescopicity of props installed with inclination in vertical plane by truss braces type. Mechanism for moving of caving guides has a lower spring-to-added hydraulic plunger, upper hydraulic cylinder of reciprocating action and bell-crank whose axle is connected with the base, and arms are connected with hydraulic cylinder and guide. Operation of upper and lower rams is synchronized. Lever of feed rate regulator is engageable with a wire rope with tensioned inside upper base. Intermediate plates together with face plates form upper base with guides of actuating member. Excavated thickness is regulated by turning of cutter carriages. EFFECT: higher efficiency of transportation, simplified design, reduced resistance in moving mechanism, increased strength of support with increase of excavated thickntss, higher unit stability and continuity of operation, and increased accuracy of control. 7 cl, 4 dwg
