FIELD: hydraulic equipments. SUBSTANCE: device has housing with bushings arranged inside, rod with pressure-drain channels installed in housing to form end face space, and device for distribution of liquid containing spool arranged inside rod, and also check valves placed in pressure-drain channels and engaging with end faces of spool in its extreme positions. Bearing secured on ends of rod precludes displacement of rod relative to housing, and end face space of device to transmit pressure of hydraulic system from stationary to rotating parts communicates through hydraulic line with pumping unit, and bushings are installed in housing with axial clearance and radial clearance exceeding radial clearance between rod and bushings. Radial clearance between bushings and housing is packed by elastic seal, and bushings and housing are provided with stops to prevent their rotation.
