FIELD: refrigerating engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has cooling chamber and two thermoelectric piles with hot and cold junctions abutting against cooling- chamber walls. Hot junctions of piles are provided with heat sinks disposed in fan-cooled casing. Thermoelectric pipes and fan motor are connected through switch to vehicle storage battery. Device is provided with heat-reflecting shield disposed between heat exchanger of hot junctions and heat insulator of cold ones. Heat-reflecting shield and hot- junction heat exchanger are arranged so that ventilated air gap is formed. Through ducts and additional inter-rib heat bridges are made at base of hot-junction heat exchanger. EFFECT: enhanced cold productivity and heat transfer from hot junctions; improved heat insulation between heat exchangers. 4 dwg
