FIELD: cars, offices, wardrooms. SUBSTANCE: housing of refrigerator forms ventilated chamber together with cooled chamber. Thermoelectric batteries are arranged on lower portion of chamber, heat exchangers of hot junctions being placed in ventilated chamber. Chamber has hole in its lower portion which is in communication with ventilated chamber through passage. Evaporating unit made from porous material, for example from ceramics is mounted in this chamber. Reservoir filled with water is located in refrigerator wall and is connected with evaporating unit by means of capillary tube. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 3 cl, 1 dwg
