SUBSTANCE: positioned in the installation body on a vibro-isolating platform is a system of laser initiation of charges made in the form of a laser with light-emitting diodes passing through the massive hollow rods, which are fixed in a vertical frame of the installation, to the explosion initiators, the inputs of the light-emitting diodes are fastened in the preset order coaxially to the photocells in the switching element, installed in whose geometric axis is the central rotary prism with a rotator, installed against the input of each light-emitting diode are auxiliary rotary prisms, whose optical axes are matched with the optical axes of the respective light-emitting diodes and the central rotary prism; the laser, rotator of the central rotary prism and the photocells are connected to the control elements via the control and information communication channels, and the explosion initiators are made of a mixture of power-saturated compounds that are safe to mechanical actions, sensitive only to laser radiation.
