FIELD: animal science. SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with raising swine due to artificial insemination. Sows are injected with the dose of semen containing 300 mln mobile biologically valuable spermatozoa of pedigreed boar by adding 5 bln inactivated spermatozoa of small-value boar, that is about 30-40 ml its semen heated at +50 C for 10 min to obtain total volume of introduced semen up to 100 ml due to dilution medium. The present innovation could be applied at swine- breeding farms and complexes, and for widescale distribution of desirables genotypes of either rare or disappearing species, as well. The method enables to increase efficiency in applying semen from elite producers and inseminate about 100-150 females with one ejaculate. EFFECT: higher efficiency of artificial insemination.
