FIELD: individual respiratory equipment for use in different environment. SUBSTANCE: respiratory apparatus has rigid helmet adapted for positioning around head and provided with devices for attaching helmet to user's body, air supplying duct, forced air supplying device with electric fan, and air filter. Helmet is manufactured from transparent plastic and connected through quickly detachable parts to shoulder saddle-like plastic veil. Elastic sleeve with central opening is positioned between helmet and veil. Sleeve is circumferentially squeezed so that its free end may be bent onto neck for forming hermetically sealing obturator. Air duct is made in the form of hose and connected to helmet through inhalation valve. Exhalation valve mounted on helmet is communicated with atmosphere.
