FIELD: game engineering. SUBSTANCE: method involves announcing game rules. Game manager carries it out from his central computer station connected to terminal devices of game participants or via mass media facilities before some event starts taking place in reality. The players make stakes on the event outcome from their terminal devices. The game manager divides real event time interval into access on and access off periods. Winnings values on stakes in each period are determined by applying a coefficient to each period. The manager sets an interval at the end of each period during which the stakes are accepted at his own will or with a access period coefficient taken into account. The game manager records and identifies game participants from his central computer station and manages game participant stakes protocol file and event outcome protocol.
