FIELD: shipbuilding; designing self-propelled vessels. SUBSTANCE: proposed craft has hull with sides and under- bottom passage of varying section where propulsors are mounted. Underbottom passage is formed by flat plates located along flow of water. This passage is provided with cavitators located at points of joints of plates. Transversal section of passage has U-shaped form over entire length. Bend angles of adjacent plates in fore and aft parts of passage do not exceed 14 deg. EFFECT: reduced resistance to friction and vortex resistance due to change in shape of bottom and under-bottom passage. 2 cl, 3 dwg
