FIELD: ship building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ship building, namely, to flyboats construction. The proposed flyboat features a bilge hull with keeled bottom and side planning steps and bow spray deflectors arranged on hull sides above the bilge ahead of planning steps. Note here that automatically controlled intercepters are arranged behind the bottom planning steps, the intercepters height being smaller than that of the bottom planning step. A cavitation pocket representing a three-face pyramid is arranged on every hull side, right under the spray deflectors in the area of bow planning step.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of intercepters thanks to increased pressure ahead of them and in cavitation pocket area, reduced ship drag due to wider cavities behind intercepters, separation from bilge and larger area where through atmospheric air comes into cavities.
