FIELD: heat power industry, boiler rooms, thermal power stations. SUBSTANCE: technique of thermal deaeration of water consists in deaeration of water in deaeration column of atmospheric pressure, in discharge of treated water from deaeration column, in removal of condensate formed during deaeration from deaeration column and in its cooling with starting water fed into deaeration column. Non-condensed gases are discharged from cooler to atmosphere. Condensate is cooled by starting water fed into deaeration column in condensate cooler of mixing type placed 2.0-10.0 m above deaeration column. Mixture of starting water and condensate is directed into upper part of deaeration column. EFFECT: increased reliability and economic efficiency of thermal deaeration of water. 1 dwg
