FIELD: heat engineering, in particular, water treatment. SUBSTANCE: deaeration unit has atmospheric pressure deaeration column, basic water pipeline and vapors pipeline, which are connected to reaeration column, and vapors cooler connected through vapors pipeline to deaeration column. Vapors cooler is connected to basic water pipeline and is communicated with atmosphere through non-condensed gas discharge pipe. Vapors cooler is made of mixing type, is mounted 2-10 m above deaeration column and is connected to upper part of deaeration column through drain pipeline for discharging basic water and vapors condensate mixture. Deaeration unit may be used in boiler rooms and heat electric generating stations. EFFECT: enhanced reliability in operation and reduced cost of thermal water deaeration process. 1 dwg
