FIELD: geological prospecting drilling equipment, particularly, deflecting tools for directional drilling of holes for solid minerals. SUBSTANCE: deflecting tool core barrel consists of two parts hinged with each other for possible turning of its lower part or some angle relative to hole axis. In this ace, deflecting unit is made in the form of conical cap of bearing unit located in lower part of care barrel coaxially to it and head located in body with internal cone for possible engagement with each other. Head is located at some angle to axis of deflecting tool body; and breaker unit has lower half-wedge, extensible dies with rollers installed on upper shaft, and two pistons on common rod. One piston in the form of half-wedge is installed for engagement with extensible dies. EFFECT: higher efficiency of operation and reliability of deflecting tool orientation in curving. 2 dwg
