FIELD: mining and processing valuable minerals from high-clay deposits. SUBSTANCE: proposed complex is provided with multi-stage disintegration and screening system made in form of screen- disintegrators of first, second and third stages at ultrasound intensification; second-stage screen-disintegrator is made in form of sections with screw rotors mounted in each of them; screw rotors are provided with drives; bottom of each section is provided with slotted inclined grates; on other side, preliminary treatment zone is formed where ultrasonic transducers are mounted; minus material of second- stage screen-disintegrator has dividers located at minus material outlet; its bottom is inclined towards discharge of fine fill to sluice boxes; complex is provided with physico-mechanical preparation system with free or pressure disintegration module at filtration-drainage wetting mounted before complex of receiving and distributing units, decontamination module at circulating water supply, settling system, clarification and recultivation systems; concentrate receivers are provided with pumping systems.
