FIELD: production of valuable minerals from heavy clay containing limestone and sandstone. SUBSTANCE: proposed geo-technological complex includes first-stage disintegration module mounted below level of free hydraulic transportation of washed- out rock from preliminary mechanical or hydraulic loosening module, second-stage disintegration module, pressure hydraulic transportation systems, dump forming systems, processing complex, third-stage disintegration module consisting of screen-disintegrator at intensification by ultra sound; first-stage disintegration module is provided with swivel systems for preliminary ultrasonic treatment mounted above sump bottom level; said systems are provided with disintegration drives and sections; partitions of disintegration sections are mounted below level of outer walls of disintegration sections; bottom provided with rolling-contact bearing is inclined towards outer walls with radius slots; guide member of free hydraulic transportation is mounted above disintegration sections and sump bottom is inclined towards dredge pumps.
