FIELD: synthetic fuel production. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of synthesis gas intended for use in gasoline, methanol, or dimethyl ether synthesis. Synthesis gas is produced on synthesis plant comprising reforming installation with steam reforming reaction tube, radiation combustion chamber embracing reaction tube to heat the latter, and convection section communicating with radiation combustion chamber. Steam- containing natural gas is created be introducing steam into natural gas. Steam- containing natural gas is preheated by passing it through convection section, after which hot gas enters reaction tube, into which is also fed carbon dioxide preheated in convection section. Produced synthesis gas contains hydrogen and carbon monoxide. EFFECT: reduced power consumption in reforming installation and enhanced efficiency of using excess installation heat. 18 cl, 5 dwg
