According to first variant edge zone of sealing panel and base change over to one another in zone of joint. In correspondence with second variant first and second sealing panels are joined. Connection strip which lower side is completely or partially bonded to surface priming coat is located within limits of zone of joint. Surface priming coat in its turn according to first variant contacts both edge zone of sealing panel and base and in correspondence with second variant it contacts proper edge zones of both joined sealing panels to close completely zone of joint by connection strip. Connection strip is preferably self-adhesive. EFFECT: enhanced strength of seam within limits of zone of joint. 14 cl, 3 dwg
