FIELD: sealing.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of waterproofing of underground and aboveground building structures applying self-adhesive sealing apparatuses. A sealing apparatus (1) for waterproofing of underground and aboveground building structures, containing: i. a waterproofing membrane (2) with a first and a second main external surfaces, ii. a layer of an adhesive sealing agent (3) covering at least part of the second main external surface of the waterproofing membrane (2), and iii. optionally an anti-adhesive film (4), wherein the layer of an adhesive sealing agent (3) consists of a first composition containing: a) 1 to 30% wt. of at least one elastomer selected from the group consisting of ethylene propylene rubber (EPR), butyl rubber, synthetic 1,4-cis-polyisoprene, polybutadiene, styrene-butadiene copolymer, isoprene-butadiene copolymer, and styrene-isoprene-butadiene rubber, b) 10 to 50% wt. of at least one polyolefin polymer that is liquid at 25°C, selected from the group consisting of polybutene and polyisobutylene, and c) 5 to 60% wt. of at least one inert mineral filler selected from the group consisting of sand, granite, calcium carbonate, clay, expanded clay, diatomite earth, pumice, mica, kaolin, talc, dolomite, xonotlite, perlite, vermiculite, wollastonite, barite, magnesium carbonate, calcium hydroxide, calcium aluminates, silicon dioxide, colloidal silicon dioxide, fused silicon dioxide, aerogels, glass beads, hollow glass spheres, ceramic spheres, bauxite, crushed concrete and zeolites.

EFFECT: provided sealing apparatuses without a separating layer located between the waterproofing membrane and the adhesive layer.
