Abstract RU 2204714 C1

FIELD: mining industry, particularly, multicycle testing of oil and oil-gas wells by tubular formation testers under automatic conditions with local registration of hydrodynamic characteristics of formation. SUBSTANCE: automatic formation tester has hollow body accommodating electromechanical unit with reversing electric motor and reducing gear, immovable hollow rod and intake valve. Tester is also provided with unit of constant power supply, electronic program control unit consisting of controller, module of memory with analog-to-digital converter, transducers, interface and contactor. Intake valve has hydraulic drive for provision of reciprocation under conditions of inflow and pressure recovery. Hydraulic drive consists of power cylinder with piston whose rod is rigidly connected with intake valve. Hydraulic drive is piped with autonomous chambers of external and intrapipe pressures filled with working fluid and having separating pistons. Chamber with intrapipe pressure is located above rod of intake valve in branch pipe. Chamber with external pressure is located in tester body lower part. Electromechanical unit has the second reversing electric motor with reducing gear. Reducing gears of both reversing motors are interconnected by screw pairs with hydraulically balanced by slide valves in sleeves for varying direction of working fluid flow in power cylinder. Unit of constant power supply is connected by electric circuit with input of electronic program control unit whose outputs are connected to reversing electric motors. Input of controller serves as input of electronic program control unit. The first output of controller is connected via memory module having analog-to-digital converter to input of control circuit of electric motors. The second output of controller is connected with interface. Input of memory module with analog-to-digital converter is connected with transducers. The first output of control circuit of electric motors is connected with controller via contactor engageable with packer rod, and its second and third outputs are outputs of electronic program control unit. EFFECT: multicycle testing of oil and oil-gas wells by tubular formation testers under automatic conditions with local registration of formation hydrodynamic characteristics. 4 dwg
