FIELD: milk industry. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has metallic tank with cathodic and anodic electrodes separated by cylindrical membrane. Tank is filled with sodium bicarbonate solution and serves as cathodic electrode. Membrane is manufactured from duck fabric and is connected with air duct for milk cooling. Anodic electrode made of graphite is put into central part of space defined by membrane. Rotary mixer is positioned around anodic electrode. Apparatus is used for producing cheese or curd by milk electric dialysis method. EFFECT: simplified construction and increased efficiency. 3 dwg
