SUBSTANCE: proposed device contains high cross-country capacity chassis 1 of truck, control cabin 2, slewing platform body with fitted-on aircraft engine and device 4 to shift engine in vertical and horizontal planes, gang of bottles 5, drift-pipe and powder system. Gang of bottles is coupled by device for delivering gaseous nitrogen from bottles of gang to aircraft engine jet. Drift-pipe is provided with changeable and pieces to deliver gaseous flow cooled to temperatures from -20 C to -50 C to emergency situation zone. Device is furnished with movable hydraulic support providing stability of vehicle moving around object and device to deliver exhaust gases of truck. EFFECT: improved efficiency. 10 dwg
