SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes heating liquids and suspensions in mixture containing hydrogen and its isotopes; method consists in forcing mixture through one or several cylindrical holes found in insert made from dielectric material susceptible to cavitation emission. Insert moves in direction opposite to direction of escape of mixture. Insert moves over circumference. Device proposed for heating liquids and suspensions in mixture containing hydrogen and its isotopes has housing where insert having one or several cylindrical holes is mounted. Said insert is made from plastic dielectric material susceptible to cavitation emission. Housing is made in form of holder secured to blade or in form of blade of centrifugal pump impeller. Axes of holes are perpendicular to radius of rotation of insert. EFFECT: increased density of energy per unit of volume of working medium. 6 cl, 3 dwg
