FIELD: education engineering. SUBSTANCE: method involves giving educative material in discrete portions at the moments the trainee cardiac systole and inhalation moments coincide in time. Trainee state is diagnosed by interpreting ratio of heart beat rate to breathing frequency that is evaluated as optimal when being equal to 3-5. Falling out from this range for time period longer than 20 respiration cycles occurring, information supply is temporarily stopped until the ratio returns to norm.
