Trainee state is diagnosed by interpreting ratio of heart beat rate to breathing frequency that is evaluated as optimal when being equal to 3-5. Falling out from this range for time period longer than 20 respiration cycles occurring, information supply is temporarily stopped until the ratio returns to norm.
