FIELD: stabilization of radio electronic equipment. SUBSTANCE: device is self-stabilized without energy consumption due to gravity forces of equipment proper. To this end frame is attached at bottom to mast-mounted bracket; cardan joint incorporating top and bottom forks and spider whose spindles are built into bearings of top and bottom forks is attached at bottom to frame through top fork base; relatively perpendicular spider spindles of cardan joint are disposed horizontally in parallel with and perpendicular to diametric plane of ship; platform is secured to base of cardan joint bottom fork; stabilized radar antenna station or any other piece of shipboard electronic equipment is suspended from bottom surface of platform in upside down manner for reversing rotation of antenna or sensor. EFFECT: reduced size and mass of device. 1 cl, 8 dwg, 6 tbl
