Key comes in the form of bar of stepped cylindrical shape and metal sleeve placed with insulation on step of bar having smaller diameter. Diameter of step of bar of larger diameter is equal to outer diameter of metal sleeve, Grounding members are correspondingly connected to sleeve and smaller-diameter step of bar and ridge of one contact element is displaced with reference to ridge of another contact element.
