FIELD: railway transport; passenger car water supply system. SUBSTANCE: according to first design version, device contains tank with water drain element and vent pipe connected with filling head of each side of car by means of filler pipe and shutoff element, level pickup electrically coupled with indicator on control panel, with carry-on signaling device and electric circuit make and break elements. To protect tank from excess internal pressure at filling, diaphragm switch communicating with tank space is placed in pickup circuit. Said switch is connected by electric circuit to shutoff element made in form of normally open electrically controlled valve. According to second design version, device contains tank with water drain element and vent pipe connected with filling head of each side of car by means of filler pipe and shutoff element, pickup electrically coupled with indicator on control panel, and with carry on signalizing device. Electric circuit make and break element is made in form of diaphragm switch connected with space of filler pipe and electrically coupled with signal converter in electric circuit of which shutoff element is placed. Device provides reliable control at cutting off water supply. According to third design version, device contains tank with water drain element and vent pipe connected with filling head of each side of car be means of filler pipe and shutoff element, pickup electrically coupled with indicator on control panel, with carry-on signaling device and electric circuit make and break elements. Filler pipe is furnished with branching hoses, each provided with nonreturn valve and common cock for draining remaining water Said pipe is provided also with shutoff element made in form of normally open electrically controlled valve operated by diaphragm switch communicating with space of tank. Device precludes discharge of water from filler pipe when filling up is finished. Signaling device contains pickup interacting with medium in tank, converter with signal comparator including stabilizer, reference voltage source and amplifier connected to shutoff element, and signal delay element. Reference voltage source is electrically connected with light indicator through repeater and with amplifier through signal comparator circuit. Signaling device warns the operator that level of water in tank has reached second threshold value of tank filling before cutting off filling. EFFECT: improved reliability in operation. 13 cl, 10 dwg
