FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has mounting flange 1 and ring 21. Any of said mounting flange or ring may be connected with its one side to complementary part of vacuum cleaner casing or to detachable vacuum cleaner holder, or to carton plate, while other of said mounting flange and ring may be connected to dust collecting bag. Mounting flange 1 and ring 21 are equipped with complementary parts for retaining with respect to one another on their free side and with visual marker 4,24 for facilitating coupling thereof. Diameter of assembled apparatus exceeds its length by two times, when ring 21 and mounting flange 1 are mounted onto one another. Mounting flange and ring preferably have rough surface at their free side due to varied height of two parts in order to guiding one part with respect to another during connection thereof.
