FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out tomographic examination. Line is drawn from spinal process top to the vertebral body center on the tomogram and is continued to the anterior surface of the vertebra. The second line is drawn in perpendicular to the first one. The third line is drawn in parallel to the second one over the extremely medial points of the superior spinal processes of the intervertebral articulations. The fourth line is drawn over the extremely medial and extremely lateral points of the articulation surface of the superior spinal processes of the intervertebral articulations so that it intersects the previous one. The angle formed by these lines is measured as one between the plane of articulation surface of the right and left intervertebral articulation to the longitudinal axis of human body.
