FIELD: pyrotechnic compositions. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to rubbing igniters for various-destination pyrotechnic compositions (fireworks, signals, etc. ) as well as for combustibles in products of the type of "dry combustible" or "tourist matches". Ignition composition contains potassium chlorate, ground glass, ferrous-ferric oxide, sulfur, antimony trioxide (catalyst), poly(vinyl acetate) dispersion (binding agent), and dibutyl phthalate. EFFECT: increased adhesive strength with regard to smooth compressed surface of pyrotechnic composition. 1 tbl
