FIELD: organic chemistry, agriculture. SUBSTANCE: invention describes acylsulfamoyl benzoic acid amides of the general formula (I) showing an antidote activity for diminishing damages caused by herbicide with respect to useful plants where X means CH or N; R1 means alkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, cycloalkyl, phenyl; R2 means hydrogen atom, (C1-C6)-alkyl, (C2-C6)-alkenyl, (C2-C6)-alkynyl; R1 and R2 in common with linked with them nitrogen atom form 3-8-membered saturated cycle; R3 means halogen atom, nitro-group; R4 means hydrogen atom, (C1-C4)-alkyl; R5 means halogen atom, nitro-group; m means a whole number from 0 to 4; m means a whole number from 0 to 5 if X means CH and m means a whole number from 0 to 4 if X means N. Invention relates to method for their preparing also. Invention describes protective agents for useful plants containing one acylsulfamoyl benzoic acid amide and usual accessory agents and also agents containing one acylsulfamoyl benzoic acid amide and one herbicide taken among group of sulfonylureas and imidazolinones in the ratio to acylsulfamoyl benzoic acid amide from 2:1 to 1:20. Invention relates also to method of protection of useful plants from phytotoxic properties of herbicides. Invention provides preparing agents that exhibit useful for plants properties and containing compounds with improved antidote activity. EFFECT: improved preparing method, valuable properties of compounds. 11 cl, 8 tbl
