FIELD: wind power engineering. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to plants converting wind energy into electric or other energy. Proposed wind-driven electric plant is made in form of energy set containing turbine mechanically coupled with generator, central envelope, ring front envelope with, at least, one inlet channel forming small diffuser outlet channel together with central envelope. It has also ring outer envelope forming large diffuser-confuser channel with central envelope, and also additional ring envelope forming, together with outer surfaces of front and central envelopes, narrowing - widening first intermediate channel communicating in intermediate part with smaller diffuser outlet channel, and forming with inner surface of outer envelope, second intermediate channel communicating, together with first intermediate channel with larger diffuser-confuser channel. According to invention, turbine of turbogenerator unit is arranged in larger diffuser-confuser channel. EFFECT: increased efficiency of conversion of wind flow energy into useful electric energy. 2 cl, 1 dwg
