SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes housing 1 in the form of guiding device of stage of pump, annular membrane 3 secured in housing in such a way that between inner portion of membrane and surface of housing there is gap h. Membrane 3 is provided with supporting bead arranged along perimeter of central opening of membrane and being in the form of axial bearing unit of runner 10. Two pairs of strain gages 15 are mounted on surface of inner portion of membrane; said strain gages are electrically connected with device for determining their state and designed for forming electric signal proportional to deformation degree of inner portion of membrane.
