FIELD: chemical engineering. SUBSTANCE: method involves freezing the mixture in chamber to solid state of one of the ingredients being in vapor-and-liquid state before freezing. Some not condensed gases are discharged into the second chamber pre-rarefied and cooled to lyophilization temperature. Then, it is heated and noncondensing gases pressure is measured. The solid ingredient in the first chamber is rarefied, heated and let overflow into rarefied reservoir which volume causes the ingredient to transit into gas phase and the so produced gas pressure is measured. Mass composition of the mixture is determined using ideal gas state equation and Boil-Maryotte law. EFFECT: wide range of functional applications.
