Cut in protective unit are noise-affected spectrum sections formed due to deflection of some of protective unit strips. Spectrum distortion evaluating unit functions to detect noise-affected sections. Logic circuit serves to determine amount of pseudorandom sequence shift by quantity and location of connected strips.
