SUBSTANCE: the innovation deals with plasty of flexor apparatus of three-phalangeal fingers in case of severe lesions accompanied with muscular component's failure. Under distal part of unbending apparatus at palm's distal phalanx one should direct autotendon of long extensor of 2-5 toes, both transplant's ends are directed through subcutaneous tunnels above proximal interphalangeal articulation, above intercarpal ligaments, in projection of carpal-phalangeal articulation one should dissect own extensor of 2 or 5 fingers, its distal end should be split, transplant's ends together with split tendon should be sutured at maximum finger's unbending that enables to restore unbending apparatus at atrophy of tendinous muscular part of damaged finger's extensor and atrophy of interosseous muscles.
