FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to orthopaedics, neurosurgery, reconstructive surgery, and can be used for correction of paresis and paralysis of upper extremity with involvement of vermicular and interosseous muscles. Tenodesis of the flexor tendons is carried out to the main phalanges of II-V fingers. On each of said fingers, tenodesis is performed in a position of flexion of a finger in a proximal interphalangeal joint to angle of 170° by performing a transosseal suture, fixing both legs of the surface flexor to the main phalanx of the finger without cutting off the attachment point of said tendon to its middle phalanx.
EFFECT: method provides improved functional capabilities of hand, prevention of overextension in proximal interphalangeal joints and reduced time of hand immobilization due to partial redirection of thrust of superficial fingers to proximal phalanges of II-V fingers.
