FIELD: shaving devices. SUBSTANCE: shaver includes fixed outer cutter and rotating inner cutter, reel with driving belt wound on it, helical spring arranged in casing and having return function. One end of belt is secured to reel, it other end is provided with handle and it extends outside through opening of shaver casing. Inner cutter engages with end of axle mounted in casing of shaver in bearing assemblies. Reel with driving belt is mounted on said axle. The last is joined with inner end of spring whose outer end is connected with casing. EFFECT: improved design, very small size, enhanced efficiency of shaving, high operational reliability. 3 dwg
