FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: proposed mechanical razor comprises fixed blade secured in case and rotary blade coupled with shaft. Shaft runs in one or two bearings fitted in said case and supports gear engaged directly with driving rack or may be engaged therewith in shaving. Tooth rack makes razor drive mechanism link driven by user hand.
EFFECT: simple design, lower costs and smaller sizes.
