FIELD: petroleum processing and petrochemistry. SUBSTANCE: objective of invention is improvement of adhesive properties of bitumens to surface of mineral material having both acid and basic nature, in particular for use in road building and for airdrome runways. For that, invention provides adhesive additive, which is prepared by reaction of functionally substituted hydrocarbons with amines at heating. In particular, the former are chloroparaffins of general formula CnH2n+2-xClx, where n=10-30 and x=1-7, and the latter amines of general formula H2N(CH2CH2NH)yH, where y > 1, at substituted hydrocarbons-to-amines ratio (2.3-5.6):1.
