FIELD: construction industry, consolidation of foundations of various structures. SUBSTANCE: process of deep compaction of ground mass includes driving of network of holes with radial displacement of ground, filling of holes with loose material with subsequent repetition of operations of driving of holes and their filling with loose material. Novelty of method lies in that controllable directional asymmetric compaction of ground mass in holes is carried out by way of installation of vertical rest into hole on side requiring compaction. After it holes are filled with loose material and compaction is carried out towards side opposite to vertical rest. EFFECT: execution of controllable compaction of ground mass which is directional asymmetric compaction. 3 cl, 4 dwg
