FIELD: construction. SUBSTANCE: device has a working member located before a cylindrical pipe, and an impact drive positioned in the pipe upper end, opening in the working member connecting the inner and outer surfaces of the working member, which is closed by a rod. The peripheral part of the working member is attached to the front part of the pipe, and the central one - to the rod, and is movable. The novelty is in the fact that the rod is made movable around its longitudinal axis; one of the construction members, for example the pipe, has two stops, and the second member (rod) has one stop located between the two stops of the other member, limiting the turn of the rod relative the pipes. The device provides for simplified manufacture of the device, enhanced reliability of operation, controllability of the processes of transfer of concrete mix through the working member and consolidation of concrete mix, simplified process of device lifting in the well for feed of concrete mix, automation of opening and closing of the passageway opening in the working member at lifting and lowering of the rod and relative position of the device members, use of the immersion impact drive, which provides for enhanced efficiency of transfer of impact, reduced specific quantity of metal per structure.
