FIELD: drilling equipment, rotor drilling bit to drive hole in rock, in particular. SUBSTANCE: drilling bit includes assembly of cutting members mounted for cutting aggregate of circular, radially arranged shears in bottom of hole. Cutting members include at least one cutting member so positioned that shear in bottom of hole is cut with angular interval of turn of drilling bit after shear of another cutting member. Layer of rock is set between trajectories of shears made between two cutting members. Cutting member is provided with side surface to cut specified layer of rock in direction of shear made by another cutting member. Drilling bit includes body and several cutter cones connected to body of drilling bit and mounted for rotation and rolling over bottom of hole. Rotation axes of cutter cones pass in different radial directions. Each cutter cone is fitted with one specified cutting member as minimum and assembly of cutting inserts arranged to cut outer radial section of hole for radial stabilization of drilling bit.
