FIELD: drilling machinery and equipment. SUBSTANCE: this relates to drilling deflected bore-hole branches from single bore-hole. Deflecting device is used for drilling pair of oppositely located deflected branches in subsurface bed of mineral deposit from single bore-hole. Device has pipe with open ends. At its upper end it is provided with coupling unit for connecting pipe with open ends to string of casing pipes. Also provided is guiding member located inside pipe with open ends near its lower end. Guiding member incorporates two hollow inclined guide components which are arranged at its opposite sides. Wall of pipe with open ends has elongated holes which are turned towards hollow inclined guide components. Deflecting device also has facility for repeated introduction which is used in combination with deflecting device and is actually made in the form of sleeve with inclined surface. This sleeve is connected with one of two hollow inclined guide components of device. Application of deflecting device adds efficiency to drilling pair of oppositely located deflected bore-hole branches. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 5 cl, 7 dwg
