FIELD: pisciculture. SUBSTANCE: for the purpose to label sturgeon fishes one should remove part of left and/or right septum of fish olfactory organ by keeping obtained characteristic appearance for the whole period of its vital cycle. The present innovation enables to obtain a label which could be kept and read for the whole period of fish vital cycle and which causes no negative impact upon growth and survival rate of labeled sturgeon fishes.
