FIELD: furniture industry. SUBSTANCE: armchair has arced supporting members, legs, back and seat, which are pivotally mounted on legs. Rear legs and longitudinal seat members are made integral to form single part, namely, beam having one end pivotally connected on arced supporting members. Front legs are rigidly fixed on arced supporting members through detachable joint and are pivotally connected with their other ends to beam. Each of arced supporting member may be provided with one or several openings having different depth, pitch and inclination angle for receiving front leg pins to provide for regulation of back inclination angle. Rocking armchair may be further equipped with hooks pivotally positioned on front legs and interconnected through plank for fixing front leg and arced member connection. Hook motion restricting members are freely inserted through plank edge. Armchair of such construction allows back position to be regulated and rocking motion extent to be fixed.
