METHOD FOR IMMUNOREHABILITATION IN PATIENTS WITH ASTRAKHAN RICKETTSIOSIS FEVER Russian patent published in 2003 - IPC

FIELD: medicine, immunorehabilitation. SUBSTANCE: at period of early recovalescence patients are affected with daily contact constant laser radiation at 650 nm wave length, 15 J/sq. cm energy density onto area of cubital vein for 5 min. Then comes impact of infrared laser at 890 nm wave length with matrix irradiators onto area of muscular lesions and with dot irradiators - onto articular area at 0.225-1.125 J/sq.cm energy density for 30 sec - 5 min. Moreover, period of whole procedure corresponds to 5-30 min, and total dosage/procedure is 9- 25.08 J. For course of 5-8 procedures at total dosage/course being 81-138.69 J. Additionally, in case of any alterations in cardiovascular system the impact comes onto heart area, in hepatic area - onto area of liver and in case of headache and giddiness - onto area of sternocleidomastoid muscle and that of temporal artery. The suggested method enables to increase metabolic activity of neutrophils and monocytes of blood in patients with Astrakhan rickettsiosis fever.
