FIELD: municipal engineering, particularly, working equipment for cleaning of pipelines or channels. SUBSTANCE: attachment has body with front and rear heads and correspondingly with front and rear nozzle apparatuses, jet switching mechanism accommodated in body and consisting of front toothed crown whose end face has recesses different in length for balls accommodation, and located over circumference; and slide valve spring-loaded to rear toothed crown and provided with channel for liquid passage; and holder with balls. Slide valve has head for engagement with seat of front nozzle apparatus. It has hole in front side wall for communication of channel with front head cavity. Channel of rear part passes in widening cavity with narrowing part at end, or insert is provided in cavity for narrowing. Secured inside of rear head is needle with thickening part for closing cavity in narrowing part, or insert with engagement with them. Shape of thickening part corresponds to shape of widening part of cavity to form annular clearance of constant cross-section with slide valve moving back.
